The Texas Democratic Party (TDP) is hiring a Digital Advertising Manager to join our Digital Department. The position will be based in Austin, Texas.

Our Digital Advertising Manager implements social media and digital media buying, and works with digital director to identify opportunities for online growth and engagement across channels. The person in this position will identify, analyze, and test trends and new marketing programs and opportunities. Additionally, they will provide candidate services and teach digital strategy across the state.

The position will report to our digital director, while working closely with our graphics team to design and implement our marketing strategy. The latest knowledge in digital marketing techniques and testing is
required. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated candidates are ideal for this position.

The person in this position will help the TDP target message across digital platforms to current and future Texas Democratic supporters.

Essential functions:
• Craft and place online advertising
• Identify online rapid response opportunities for the TDP
• Work with vendors to achieve our online goals
• Help to establish and achieve key metrics for online acquisitions, including online growth across platforms and acquisitions
• Share external best practices and capabilities among our campaigns
• Experience in email list acquisition and online contributions especially encouraged to apply
