Top Tier Congressional Campaign in Texas seeks experienced Finance Director and Call Time Manager.
The Finance Director must have at least one cycle with finance/fundraising experience. Candidates also must have significant experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and NGP.
The ideal candidates will have experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations including call time, events, all mail and online solicitation. Ideal candidates would also be able to help oversee larger goals of the finance program as well as the execution.
1. Finance Director
  • Write an aggressive fundraising plan by establishing quarterly, monthly, and weekly fundraising goals and an implementation plan.
  • Leading the day to day fundraising operation for the campaign.
  • Oversees all finance events throughout the state.
  • Managing member call time and other activities to hit fundraising targets and deadlines
  • Managing all financial correspondence and pledges
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders including finance committee, policy makers, industry executives, leading experts, and constituents
  • Building and maintaining existing donor database by identifying and recruiting new donors
  • Overseeing compliance and preparing disclosure reports in cooperation with the state’s compliance department
  • Supporting other campaign operations as needed
The Finance Director will report to the Campaign Manager

Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated, and capable of working in a demanding work environment.
  • NGP and Excel experience are required.
  • Occasional travel is required for this position.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.

  • Ability to relocate to South Texas by Labor Day 2017

The call time manager will be responsible for growing a successful fundraising program from the ground up.
The Candidate is committed to fundraising and call time and needs a strong program built to assure for the highest level of success.
